Recreational Gymnastics -- is for boys and girls ages 5 through 16 with different gymnastics abilities
Our recreational program is made up classes that are based on age and ability. Classes meet weekly for an hour;
please check the schedule for the exact days and times.
All of our students learn gymnastics in a Fun and Safe environment
and based on the most appropriate ability fit.
Both Boy and Girl Classes are designed for the beginner through advanced levels.
Our coaches stress basic fundamentals such as body alignment, posture and correct hand and foot placement, as well as, skill progression of learning new skills or routines, while reinforcing basic fundamentals . We insist on safety as our first priority. Each class starts with a 15 minute warm up and stretching and then gymnasts performs 3 sets of 15 minutes progressions. Students will work on Olympic events each week.
Gymnasts are monitored by the staff on their progress. Sorin and Teodora are actively involved with each coach and review their students progress and discuss with the coach individual performance and any shortcomings and actions for improvement. With our Ongoing Enrollment Policy gymnasts are able to progress to the next class level at their own pace (a new session does not have to begin for class advancement).
Developing body strength and character are important attributes
to learn, while growing into a man. Boys can begin their path to
manhood by developing their strength, flexibility and confident as

Landing Pits to enhance new skill development and spatial awareness.
Girls' classes work on all Women's Olympic Events. These
