Dynamic Gymnastics Enrollment Checklist

• Register as early a possible into a program session for the best chance for placement in class
• Program sessions will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis - we accept registration all year round
• Decide on Recreational, Competitive or Cheerleading/Tumbling program (click on Tuition)
• Decide on the number of  classes you want to attend
• Download the 2 page Registration Form and print it and read it (click on Forms )
• Fill out the Registration Form, understand it and agree to it by signing it
• Calculate the amount of the accompanying check for your registration equal to the registration fee plus 1^st payment
• Bring your check and the completed 2 page Registration Form to either the:

• Front desk at Dynamic Gymnastics
• Office Manager at Tom Thumb Preschool (only if the Dynamic Gymnastics' gym is closed)
• Or mail your Registration Form with attached check to the address that appears in the Form.

• A confirmation will be either e-mailed to you or given through postal mail.
• The balance of tuition is due based on the scheduled second and third payment - see Tuition.

Please note: a $25 late fee will be imposed if your payment is made after the 5^th of the month. Also, there is a $25 fee for returned checks.
