Dynamic Gymnastics -- Team Gymnastics

Gymnastics is very likely the most challenging and complete form of body-mind development ever devised in the sport's world. We strive to give our gymnasts a sense of team spirit and good sportsmanship. Gymnastics is very much an individual sport and our coaches try hard to create realistic goals for each team member. We ask our team members to make a full commitment to this sport, respect the rules, follow their coach's directions, learn from their mistakes and be the best they can be.

We realize that Team Gymnastics is a challenging undertaking, but we are confident that if the students, coaches and parents work together we can help our gymnasts become athletes and to go confidently to follow their dreams and live the life they have imagined as a champion.

As Olympians, Sorin and Teodora are very passionate about competitive team gymnastics and are prepared to provide the best coaching and mentoring, while demanding excellence from their students. Our gymnastics facilities is the highest quality and is well suited to allow us to provide the proper training necessary to become a champion.

Team Levels We Coach

• Pre-Team  (Level 1,2 & 3) - Students work out on all  Olympic events each week with the emphasis on learning of new skills and routines and reinforcing gymnastics fundamentals. Strong focus on safety and body awareness. students achieve skill development, while keeping an emphasis on fun and enjoyment while learning. Once the gymnasts mastered Level 3 skills, they will be evaluated and invited into level  4 team.
• Level 4, 5 & 6 - compulsory only levels that all gymnasts compete the exact same routines, which are design to develop required skills and technique.
• Level 7, 8 & 9 - optional levels, gymnasts have routines created specifically for them, but must include certain mandatory elements. Gymnasts must be a least 7 years old and 8 years old to compete respectively in Level 7 events and Level 8 events. Level 8 competition is at the local, state and regional levels. Level 9 includes eastern or western Nationals, as well as those in Level 8
• Level 10 - is the USA Gymnastics highest level in this age group and gymnasts compete optional routines only. They compete at the local, state, regional and national level.
• Elite - is the top level in gymnastics, where fewer gymnasts compete. Gymnasts compete at the national and international level and represent USA in most international competitions including the Olympics.

• Boys' Special Team -- students must be at least 6 years old. Boys will learn Men Olympic events through a training program carefully thought-out to permit each student to progress at their own pace. Only when the required skills are mastered, will invitation be offered to the student for Boys' Team.
• Girls' Team - students must be at least 6 years old. Girls will learn Women Olympic events through a training program carefully thought-out to permit each student to progress at their own pace. Only when the required skills are mastered, will invitation be offered to the student for Girls' Team.
